Professional Experience
Takanobu Himori has held senior positions at prime financial institutions for over 20 years, including Nomura Securities, J.P. Morgan, and Goldman Sachs, in Tokyo, New York, London, and Hong Kong.
In 1997, he founded Seasons Consulting Company, Ltd., serving major institutional investors investing in Japan and Asia.
His advisory work includes long-term engagements with the George Soros investment funds (USA), Grosvenor Estate (UK), and the Ayala Group (Philippines).
In addition to his professional career, Mr. Himori has been actively involved in humanitarian and social initiatives, having served in leading roles with the Japan Association for UNHCR and CARE International Japan, supporting refugees and vulnerable children.

Professional Experience
Mr. Munakata has had a long professional career at Mizuho Securities and later MUFG Bank, where he led in corporate finance, strategic planning, and business advisory.
In 2023, he founded Digital Yard Co., Ltd. and currently serves as its CEO, leading consulting initiatives focused on digital transformation, strategy, and business innovation.
